Trisha joined Heritage Companies in 2015, with 18 years of customer service experience in child and medical services industries. Trisha has been an adaptive and flexible team member serving as both Account Coordinator and Account Manager. She is fluent in the various aspects of managing policy renewal life cycles, preparing client-facing materials and compliance documents. Trisha is generous with her peers in sharing her knowledge of effectively using complex systems and processes. Trisha enjoys crafting, making people laugh, and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband reside in Harrisonville, Missouri with their youngest son and older son when he is home from college.
