Operations Manager

Mikelle Jones moved to the Kansas City region in 2014 when her husband was stationed in the area for a military assignment. She graduated from South Plains College with a degree in Computer Information Systems in 2002. Mikelle’s career began in the healthcare industry working as an independent agent, later becoming a benefits coordinator, and finally as a revenue supervisor with a large healthcare corporation. Mikelle joined Heritage in May 2022 and enjoys assisting her clients in navigating the complex world of employer-sponsored programs advising them in meeting business objectives. In her spare time, Mikelle enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
