Janet joined Acrisure Heritage Insurance Agency in 2016 bringing 30 years of office management, human resources, payroll, and employee benefit administration experience to our team. Janet supports our team and her clients by receiving and resolving various daily service requests related to employee benefits including enrollment management, qualifying event changes, system integration, benefit and claim inquiries, and more. Her specialties include escalated claims resolution, system integration, client rapport, and a strong priority toward member experience.
